Update On Charges Filed 2010 Against Sealand Travel Club and Travel Services

Recently, the State of Texas Attorney General filed charges against Sealand Travel Club and Travel Services, you can find them here: http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2010/03/texas_travel.html. Despite these allegations, Sealand Travel Club, and Travel Services have continued to stand by their services and are happy to report that as of April 2011 have officially won their cases.
- Travel Services won their case against the attorney general on 4.11.2011;
- Sealand Travel Club won their suit against the attorney general on 4.11.2011;
- The distributor settled out of court with $30000 restitution.
